- The customers are requested to visit at att.com/rewardcenter
- Please provide the Redemption ID/Confirmation Number/Account number along with the zip code in order to access the account
- Then Click on the “Go” button to continue.
The process to Redeem Rewards for Diverse Products:
- Log in to the associated account individually
- For AT&T High-Speed Internet Direct Rewards, please provide the AT&T High-Speed Internet Direct account number
- For AT&T U-verse Rewards, please provide your U-verse account no.
- For AT&T Wireless Rewards, please provide your AT&T Wireless telephone number
- For AT&T DIRECTV Rewards, please provide your AT&T DIRECTV account number
- For all other Rewards, provide your AT&T home billing telephone number

Once the customers are able to access the AT&T account online, they will be able to view a list of rewards available for them, which can be redeemed by online. It can also be printed in paper rebate forms whenever needed and can be used to check the status of any rewards that have been redeemed.

How to Activate ATT My Reward Card and Check AT&T Reward Card Balance:
To check your rewards and balance you need to activate your Reward card. Follow the steps to activate:

- Then click on the “Activate My Reward Card” button
- Enter your first 4 digits of your Reward Card number
- Click on the “Continue” Button to move ahead.
Once your card got activated you can check your reward balance by clicking on the “Check your Reward Card Balance” tab.
