- You must be a legal resident of one of the United States listed in the Albertson survey sweepstakes rules.
- Must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state.
- You must receive a valid and recent purchase receipt with the survey invitation from a participating Harveys location.

- Enter the 18-digit code located on the bottom of your receipt in the 3-sectioned field on the page. (See the sample receipt image on the left-hand side to locate the number on your Harveys receipt).
- Click “Start/Comenzar” to begin the survey.
- Answer all the survey questions to the best of your knowledge.
- Enter the necessary details to enter into the drawing contest for the opportunity to win a $100 store gift card weekly.
