And for taking the time and complete the survey, the participants will be given a coupon code to receive $2 off on their next $5 purchase.
How to take the survey and receive $2 off
Here is the list of things you will require and a short guideline provided for you to complete the survey successfully and redeem the offer.
Requirements
- You must purchase and receive a purchase receipt containing a survey invitation lately to enter the online survey or have a Donor Invitation Card.
- You must complete the survey within 7 days of your visit.
- The survey can be taken per household per month.
- The coupon code along with the purchase receipt must be present within 90 days to receive the discount.
Instructions
- Visit www.saverslistens.com
- Select the type of invitation (Receipt from Purchase or Exchange/Return and Donor Invitation Card) you received; if you have both, use the Invite from a Purchase or Exchange/Return Receipt.
- If you choose the first one, just provide 19-digit customer code from your receipt.
- Enter the 4-digit customer code, date and time of your visit from your Donor Invitation Card if you select the second one.
- Click “Start” to begin the survey process.
- Fill out the survey as per your knowledge.
- Provide the required details and the validation number will be shown on your screen.
Write down the code on your original receipt and visit the Savers again within the time mentioned on your invitation to enjoy the savings.
