- There is an option to change the language. Click on it to choose the preferred language according to your convenience – either English or Spanish
- Then please provide the 26 digit survey code that is given in the middle of your receipt
- A sample image of the receipt is been given at the right side of the survey page which can be referred to locate the survey code
- Then click on the “Start” button to continue.
Not Having Survey Code?
- The customers are requested to visit the official website of the McDonald’s survey at www.mcdvoice.com
- Those who do not have a survey code, please click on the “If you do not have a 26-digit code printed on your receipt, click here” option
- Then the entrant has to enter the Store Number, KS Number
- Please select the Date of Visit from the drop down box
- In the same way, choose the Time of Visit
- Enter the Order Number and the Amount Spent too
- Then click on the “Start” button
- The participants will be transported to the survey page where they will be asked few questions regarding the service of McD
- Please answer all the questions of the customer satisfaction survey honestly
- At the end of the survey, the participants will be provided with a unique validation code on the last page
- The participants have to simply jot the validation code on the receipt they have with them and bring it back to McD store with that receipt
- Participants can redeem their code at the outlet
