Conduent Connect Account Access
Conduent provides the authorized users a Single Sign On portal to validate their identity and gain access to their existing account. Once they are logged in Conduent Access Management return verification back to their local service and they can be able to use the available application.
The Conduent Single Sign On or SSO System includes Conduent confidential, proprietary and privileged information that can be used only for the official purpose by the specifically authorized personnel. This Access Management system may be subject to monitoring and the users must be abided by the Conduent policies and must consent to monitor their action to access the site.
Sign in to Conduent Account
The current Conduent members can use the Single Sign On or SSO portal to log in their existing account. To initiate the procedure you need to follow the steps mentioned below.
- Go to the Conduent SSO Access Manager www.conduentconnect.com
- Enter the Username that refers to their WIN ID or CID
- Then type the Password associated with your Conduent
- Click the “Sign In” button to proceed.
Conduent SSO Support
The Sign In page of Conduent Access Manager provides the users support in four sections- Change Password, Reset Password, SSO Help Desk and integrate their application with SSO.
To change or Reset Password
Those, who have forgotten the passwords or want to change their current password and regain the account access, can do so by clicking the respective link posted middle on the page. You can do it anytime but it is recommended to change your password at the end of the day.

To change the password, you need to enter your WIN ID or CID that is your User ID and the current Password. And if you forgot the password, you will require your Last Name and User ID/ WIN ID/CID to input to begin the recovery process. Make sure the ‘Last Name’ must be the same as it appears on your AIM profile.
