The online customer portal is serviced by System and Services Technologies Inc. (SST), a third party service provider and partner of Medallion Bank.
SST Customer Service portal enables the existing Medallion Bank Loan customers to manage their loan account, make a payment, view transaction history, check the account balance and other information electronically.
